Q: What is the duration of the personal training sessions?

Typically 45-60 mins

Q: What are the gym's opening hours for personal training sessions?

A: Our certified personal trainers are available from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and from 6am to 1pm on Saturdays. Our gym is closed on Sundays. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a session, please contact us.

Q: How often should I schedule personal training sessions?

We recommend at least 2 sessions per week but we find 3 sessions is optimal for achieving best results

Q: Do I need any prior fitness experience to start personal training?

No, our personal training programs are designed for individuals of all fitness levels. Our trainers will customize your program to match your current fitness level and help you progress safely and effectively.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my personal training sessions?

Yes, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled sessions. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.

Q: Are your trainers certified and experienced?

Absolutely! All our personal trainers are fully qualified and have extensive experience working with clients of various ages and fitness levels. They are committed to helping you achieve your goals while prioritizing your safety and well-being.

Q: How long will it take to see results from my personal training program?

The timeline for results can vary depending on factors such as your starting point, goals, and commitment to the program. However, with consistent effort and adherence to the personalized plan created by your trainer and nutritionist, you should begin to notice positive changes within a few weeks.

Q: Do you have off street parking?

We sure do, all our parking is free and located right outside our front door and is illuminated in the mornings and evenings for your safety

Q: Can i have my consultation in private?

Of course you can, we want you to be as comfortable as possible and we have private consultation room for exactly this reason.

Q: Is my clothing/bags safe on site?

We provide secure lockers for your personal belongings so they are safe at all times

Q: How do I stay motivated when I'm feeling like a couch potato?

Hey, we all have those days! Our secret sauce is combining motivation, accountability, and a dash of fun to keep you excited about your fitness journey. Trust us; you'll be itching to ditch that couch and get moving in no time.
