Payment and Refund Policy
1. Payment Terms

Pro Fitness Tralee accepts payment for its services through the Website using a secure third-party payment gateway. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment method accepted by the payment gateway.

2. Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on the Website are in Euro and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices and billing methods at any time. If there are any changes to the prices or billing methods, we will provide notice on the Website.

3. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us at profitnesstralee@yahoo.ie within 14 days of the date of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will offer a refund of the purchase price paid by you, less any applicable fees for sessions used or other services and any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your refund request.

4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled personal training session or group class, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge you for the full cost of the session or class.

5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services and to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the full amount of the chargeback and any other damages we may incur as a result of the chargeback.
